Talk to Gynecologist on Breast Problem

I’m 22 and unmarried. My periods have always been regular, lekin meri breast size jo early puberty mai thi abi tak woi hai. I got my first period when I was 12. I’ll get married in a few months, i’m worried about it. I almost hve a flat chest plus i don’t have nipples. Idk if they are inverted or what lekin normally ese visible nai hain. How to cure it? Please help.
