I am 3 month pregnent. I am facing too much breathing problem. Like 2 times i went hosp in emergency for oxygyn. Plz tell me kia kru aisi condition mai. Is this normal?
Thanks this is not normal it may be some chest problem better to see physician to rule out asthma or some other chest problem

- Dear breathing increases / Respratory rate increases Due to progesterone increase in Pregnancy as compared to Non pregnant level .
- but as u needed to rush to Emergency for breathlessness so it's better to have one detailed Consultation with Chest PHYSICIAN.
- have balanced diet ,healthy freshly cooked food ,less salt ,Suger ,oil and spice .
- have folic acid acid and calcium with vitamen D ,iron supplements .
- chest physician 's advice after detailed discussion on history / examination/ Symmptoms is very important .
- have regular scans and antenatal visits.
