Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Gulistan e jouher
I have been married for 1 year. Didn't conceive yet. Went to gynae in my 5th month of marriage and visit her consecutive 4 months. She did my fertility test and ultrasound everything is fine but not conceiving yet. What to do now should I visit some fertility treatment doctor. Guide me plz. Thanks

lf tests normal then better to have proper precautions and try for Conception.
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi by having Daily walk ,Exercise and yoga .
- have complete treatment of any health issue u have .
- have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs ( if husband smoking request yo quit) and gave semen analysis for him .
- have sex in fertile period of cycle .if 28 days cycle have from day 8 to day 13 of periods .after sex don't leave bed .remains sleep for few hours to provide maximum chance to sperm to continue their path .
- if unable to Conceive in coming 6 month then better to have treatment.
- follow with semen analysis report .

Many thanks doctor. Went to doc today she prescribed me sliczole letrozole 2.5mg taken from 3rd day of my periods and vase iron tablets. Is it fine mam. I am scared to use letrozole. Thanks. Plz plz need suggestion

Yes please consult gynaecologist who also specialises in infertility. Your husband also needs to be evaluated. You should reduce weight if you are overweight.
Have u tried any treatment , of no , and if u r residing in lahore , then visit me in Bahria orchard hospital with all ur reports
