I m trying to conceive since 2 years. My TSH FSH LH PROLACTIN TVS AND PELVIS US is normal. My husbands motility is 40% with 7% non linear progression. What can be the problem of non conceiving

Thanks you can do hysterosalpingogram to see patency of tubes you did not tell the count of spermatozoon motility is subnormal nd may need some treatment

hv u done ur tubal patency test-HSG/HYCOSY/LAP AND DYE...either of them...
meanwhile u can repeat husband semen analysis aft 48-72 hours of abstinence...
also u can start giving him medicine to improve his count...meanwhile u update us on ur tubal patency...

-Dear have some precautions, investigations and treatment accordingly.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-have hysterosalpingogram to check tubal patency, if could have do have laproscopy and Dye test with chromopertubation.
Have sex in fertile period of cycle.
Have folic acid daily.
-have daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
Try to discuss Hsg report and laproscopy result as well.

For such problem you need to follow your Doctor's advise. As treatment is prolong mostly. By assessing complete history and labs...proper advise can be given.
Please get your tubes checked by diagnostic laparoscopy.
