there should be interval of at least 2 yrs take folic acid at least 6 to 8 wks before conception and early booking as you will get positive pregnancy test start tab aspirin 10 wks of pregnancy onward continue folic acid throughout pregnancy early detection of raised BP uterine artery doppler at 22wks
