c PCO is not a big deal these days...u need to reduce ur insulin resistance and in sha Allah u ll loose ur weight, ur natural cycles ll resume as well...then u can conceive too...
so hv a detailed session wth ur OBG wch shud cover ur complete history,detailed examination, invx etc...c for treatment of PCO u need to be persistent and patient...in sha Allah ethg ll b fine...

Dear plz visit a good gynecologist for proper evaluation.try to loose weight,eat healthy food,avoid junk food,and do exercise for 30 min daily.
