Kindly guide me .what is the normal scar thickness in third trimester. Previous c section howa ha 14 month phle. Now again pregnancy ha 35 week ki. U/s ma 7.0 mm scar thickness show horha ha.

-During pregnancy tissues strech and similarly scar as well that's why petient with previous single or multiple Cesarean sections should have proper precautions ,monitoring and Evaluation and are advised to have break for next pregnancy or stop conceiving according to body Need .
-Research says that Scar thickness 3.0 -3.5mm found in 36% cases and 18% of them had rupture.
- 7 mm is better but still need strict check of symmptoms like pain ,Contractions ,bleeding or spotting ,pain at scar side immediately need to Report actually .
- I hope your delivery date already planned .if not have immediate follow up to solve issue .
- in case of any of the Abovd symmptoms discuss and report to your treating obstetrician immediately and have Examination and electronic fetal monitoring with Toco to check Uterine activity as well .
- have restricted movements ,avoid stairs and weight
