- Dear diabetic petient need to control Suger levels strictly preconceptually as high Suger levels could give congenital anomalies in baby .
- baby could have abnormal Suger levels after birth ,could have diabetes as well.
-,in side Uterus more chances of Miscarriage ,congenital heart disease like septal defects,big size baby ,difficult delivery due to big baby ,intrauterine death due to high Suger levels etc.
