Talk to Gynecologist on Early Pregnancy

My last period date was 1 Oct 2019 .. I did urine pregnancy test on Monday in morning and evening also both were positive but I have extremely pain in my right lower belly like pelvic pain which ends on lower back and upper thighs on right leg .. I was diagonesd pcos in 2013 when i missed my period 3 to 4 months then I took Diane 35 for 6 months after that my flow becomes less I also missed my period last year before marriage like my last date was 31 Oct 2018 but afterwards it came on 1Jan 2019 otherwise my periods were regular ... Now I have spotting from last 3 days and today I discharge a blood clot two time in a day .. I didnt expect that I am pregnant as I didnt feel that my hymen is break and I didnt feel deep penetration in my vegina .. I had done bhcg today but i didnt get my report yet .. What to do now as I have pain in my right side .. I did my ultrasound also and it is normal but there is no fetus is seen
