Talk to Gynecologist on General Physician

Nausea, sometimes vomiting, pain in stomach, bloating, cramps. Breastfeeding mother. Irregular periods (like sometimes for 2, 3 days and the next month 6, 7 days. The date is almost always on time but not the duration). What could be the reason? Who should I consult? Gyne or GP?
