Salam. Mere c section ko 4 momths hoe hai.. mere periods nor.l 7 days mae khatm hue awr us k 2 din bad sy i am having brown jelly type discharge thora thora. Done ultrasound all clear. Wat is happening?? I am worried nd i am breast feeding mom also. Nd 1 more quedtion can i do intercourse while having this discharge or should i wait?? I am facing this discharge since sunday its thursday no wat is happening kindly guide me is it norml??

- Dear during lactation ,breast feeding hormones can irregulate periods as well as and could have periods as individual's personal physiology and genetics.
- individual should have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- daily walk ,plenty of fluids,less Suger ,oil , spice in diet ,take lots of fruits,vegetables ,soups and fresh juices .
- have one high vaginal swab to check infection .
- Maintain local hygeine .
- have soft comfortable undergarments,Sitz warm baths recurrently in a day .
- follow with vaginal swab report .
- Use protection for sex if don't want to coceive now .
