hello wnaa ask something if someone has a very low hcg 14 is she pregnant or a early misczrriage ???? Moreover periods didnt caMe since 2 mnths last came on oct 9 . In ultrasound there is no visibe thing but endometrial.lining is abt 1 cm dr has said now duphaston is given and a repeat test is advsed after 10 days.

- Dear it seems she had early pregnancy .beta hcg Les then 5 iuml/ ml Considered as non pregnant .
- As u Described that she a not having Periods since 2 months then it's better to check for symmptoms as well and repeat beta hcg to be done after 48 hrs to check it's progression .
- if beta hcg increases mre then 65% then only it could be progression to healthy pregnancy but if it's I crease less then 60 % then need to check for Ectopic pregnancy . reduction in level means Miscarriage or resolving Pregnancy .
- in case of pain or bleeding report to gynae emergency .
