Talk to Gynecologist on Gynae

Hello respected dr, i am 36w pregnant with gdm. Gdm is very well controlled with diet and oral medication (250mg+0+500). I have following questions 1) normally my BSF remains 86 to 96. but today it was 78. Is it true that gdm becomes mild after 36weeks? 2) I had not given the lungs maturity injections yet, if i get pain within this week will my baby be safe without the injections. 3) with controlled gdm, after which week baby is very safe to deliver by normal delivery without steroid injection.
