Talk to Gynecologist on Gynae

Hello respected dr, I am 39w+0days pregnant with almost controlled gdm till 36w but now donot have gdm but monitoring regularly. My dr sweeped at 38w but no response no bleeding and no pains. but now I feel weight in my pelvis region. 1) Did not have lungs maturity inj. Do I go to dr for artificial pains or wait. 2) If wait then up to which week. 3) Can I wait for natural pains upto 41W.
