Aoa. I m married having 4 yrs daughter. Had PCOS b4 marriage. Was on glucophage. Conceived early so left medicines. Now problem is gaining weight. Pimples. Hair on chin. We don't want next baby. Visited 2 gynaecologists both says to conceive. I want another solution. If after test PCOS is confirmed then is there any medication coz m fed up every Dr says to conceive
planing next baby is your own choice but with pcos as age will advance there can be difficulty in conception that's y every dr advice you to conceive . but try to control your weight .and for hair on chin you can have different options like waxing and laser .weight control is main treatment which can resolve the issue
As an advice , it’s better to complete ur family before 35 yrs because the medicines for ur hair control will delay ur pregnancy but of course it’s ur decision , don’t worry, the treatment of pco s starts with wt reduction , weight reduction and weight reduction , then comes other modalities , so please control ur diet , go for a brisk walk for about 20 to 30 min every day , regularly , stop ur frizzy drink and artificial juices , low carb diet , reduce rice in your diet , control ur hunger by fresh salads , then u need to take harmones like Diane 35 for ur hairy problem for at least 6 months , only then it will work , u need a prescription from a gynaecologist , because these drugs are not without risks and can be dangerous , so don’t take medicines on your own , please se a gynaecologist for ur prescription , InshaaAllah u will get better , don’t worry

Dr Saima I am also having pco last 3 years, 28 age unmarried. I consult with different gynecologist but it didn't get positive result. And the problem is that I am under weight 42kg. Kindly help me

Pco itself is not a problem . Do u have symptoms like irregular cycles or hairy growth . Even if u have irregular cycles a little wt gain like upto 47 to fort eight kg will make ur ovaries work properly

second day of cycle you need to get your Fsh /Lh and a pelvic scan .
