Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Gulshan e Iqbal Karachi
I have visited gynaecologist on 12 April due to abnormal discharge she checked me and diagnosed yeast infection. Prescribed me medicines and said to come again if needed . I was fine after taking antifungal med for 10 - 15 days then now again I m having discharge. For which she asked me to get urine Dr . Kindly tell me whether this report is ok or not . what should I do

- have some precautions like strict hygeine .
- sitz warm baths to avoid irritation.
- have soft Comfortable Undergarments .
- have clotrimazole suppository per vaginal on alternate nights for 3 nights .
- send urine and hvs report here or discuss locally with Gynae Specialist.
- use condoms to avoid transmission of sexually transmitted infection.
- have plenty of water and juice .

There is no report attached , plus yeast infections are common if u r pregnant , or on oral contraceptives. Or ur immunity is low..or suffering from DM, . If all are negative , then build up ur immunity , take vit d supplements to avoid repetitive infections , stop wearing synthetic undergarments and tight jeans for the time being and repeat ur antigungal course

Dr report shows everything normal except feww bacteria 1-2 pus cells , 4-5 epithelial cells and 6 pH is it ok?? Should I have to see a gynae in person or is it ok to just take precautions?? And one last thing is intercourse allowed in this situation??

And Dr didn't adviced for hvs report . I didn't have it . Is it necessary to do this test too

hvs report if again u are having symmotoms after having treatment.
have plenty of Fluids and juice .
