Suffered by vaginal yeast infection 2 years back now again it has been reoccured, Having an odourless curdy white discharge with severe itching... using femineo wash but not getting any satisfying results can you please advice some oral medication... and what is the reason of reoccurrence? Please guide! TIA

Married since 4 months... will surely visit my gynae doctor on Monday as it's a weekend!
But for a while can you suggest something to get some relief as am so irritable cuz of itching even got an abrasion due to scratching down there!

dear excessive use of vaginal washes also washout healthy bacteria and u become prone to repeated vaginal infections. consult ur gynaecologist for proper evaluation n treatment.thanks

-vaginal infection can reccur and overtreatment can make it more worse so it need Precautions.
-medical issues like diabetes can increase Chances of infection.So try to get treated all medical issues.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have Recreational Activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have Sitz bath, olive oil massage, strict hygeine.
-have canestein pessary per vaginal on 3 alternate night to remove infection locally.
- have condoms to avoid sexually transmitted infection.
-have high vaginal swab.
-after swab have tb fluconazole 150 mgs (if confirmed Not pregnant) once a day for 3 days.
Follow with swab.
