-check for any smell, irritation or change of colour of prest then have high vaginal swab to check in lab.
-over treatment can destroy normal pH and flora of vagina so better avoid it.
-have strict hygiene.
-have soft comfortable undergarments.
-sitz bath, recurrently sit in warm water if have irritation.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi and exercise daily.
