My last period was on 3 march and i m not having any periods yet i did beta hcg test on 9 april and it was negative and did ultrasound recently again then got nothing i m attaching my latest and old ultrasound report plz guide me also i m trying to conceive and this is my first time that i have missed my any period
both scans are normal .this change can be due to some other reason like hormonal change dietary change .some stress better to consult the gynaecologist for proper history and further evaluation

-Dear Scans normal but as per your description u need evaluation and investigations.
-have beta hcg now if reports positive have detailed Evaluation as urgent in gynae Emergency and if comes negative u need to have hormones for menstrual induction (tab primolute n 10 mgs 8 hrly for 5-7 days and wait for bleeding for 1-2 wks.)
-if beta hcg negative u need detailed evaluation(blood tests on day 2 of periods testosterone progesterone, fsh and lh, tsh, insulin, prolectin).
-follow with beta hcg report.
-if positive immediate report to gynae Emergency if observe one sided lower abdominal pain.
