My last period was on 3 march and i m not having any periods yet i did beta hcg test on 9 april and it was negative and did ultrasound recently again then got nothing i m attaching my latest and old ultrasound report plz guide me also i m trying to conceive and this is my first time that i have missed my any period
As one doc advised me some blood test i m aataching my hormones test which i took on 8 January plz guide me do i need to do these again or what ??
Thanks harmones level is nomal you did not send us report no need to repeat these test you can take primolut n for five days two times nd wait for periods nd do us on day 12 for ovulation nd let me know

-Dear at present if beta hcg recently Negative, it's better to have Menstrual induction.
-take tab primolute n 10 mgs 8 hrly for 7 days and wait for bleeding for 1-2 wks.
-blood tests normal.
Have folic acid daily.
-do take complete treatment of any health issue u have.
Have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-have semen analysis for husband.
-request to quit smoking if have been doing.
-have sex in fertile periods of cycle.
-do have hysterosalpingogram as well.

Thanku alot for your response doctors.. Alhamdulillah i dont have any health issues.. but some weight issues i will try to resolve that .. have also done semen analysis and report is normal i will attach that also
Your hormones suggest polycystic ovaries. Reduce weight if you are overweight and consult for further management for ovulation induction drugs.
