Kindly comment on my scan. Is everything alright? Radiologist told amniotic fluid is just adequate at this stage. My doctor has recommended me steriod cover for fetal lung maturation.i am at 29 weeks. Whereas I have heard steriods are not safe before 30 weeks. What should I do to increase amniotic fluid? My BP is quite normal.
U can take steroid cover , take lots of fluids and try to lie left lateral , take lots of rest

When liquor is wthin normal limits then wt r u worrying for...if u dont hv diabetes then inj dexa 12mg IM 2 doses 24 hours apart is v good for the babies...docs often advise in case of multiple pregnancy to avoid fetal respiratory distress syndrome in case of pre term labour...so hv faith in Allah,and take ur steroids dose as advised...GOOD LUCK

My gynaecologist advised 6 mg dexamethasone 4 doses,every dose 12 hours apart.

-Dear this scan is normal showing monochorionic, diamniotic twin of 28 wks.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-steroids can be given before 30 wks as in twin chances of Preterm delivery are More so it's better to have steroids for lung Maturity.
-BP should be normal and Check suger level and HbA1c for previous suger level record.
-have strict regular Antenatal check ups and scans.
-observe for any pain, discharge then report consulting doctor.
