Please post this as anonymous in Marham: I had a missed abortion and got my DnC done. Apparently it was a caesarian scar pregnancy ( had my first baby via C-sec) which wasn’t diagnosed and during the DnC i had abnormal bleeding. The doctor who performed the procedure suspects that the caesarian stitches might be ruptured/damaged and hence has advised me to perform a test to check the uterine cavity status. He has given me three options: MRI, HSG or laparoscopy. I want to know if anyone had a similar experience and which procedure they opted for?
If everything is fine now then no need to have above said investigations.

-Dear if u have symmptoms, pain, bleeding or any other complain its better have Urgent Detailed Evaluation. Detailed history, Examination, related investigation and then need to have diagnosis to have proper treatment.
