Have been suffering from brown discharge after 20 days of my periods date and it lasted for 10 days. Now as my expected period date was 5 nov but no periods what does it mean. I also went through a d&c 3 months ago

- Dear first check pregnancy status by having serum beta hcg ( blood pregnancy test ) .if it's positive Better to discuss Symmptoms (Especially one sided lower abdominal pain)As it need urgent intervention with positive pregnancy status .
- with positive beta hcg other Symmptoms also need to manage as precautions need to be practiced .
- ,if beta hcg Negative then need to investigate for hormonal imbalance .
- follow with beta hcg Report .

U do get serum beta hcg as urgent and Report .
with over due periods and spotting conception could be possibility .
- strictly observe Symmotoms.
- report Symmptoms and beta hcg result .
