My Periods are on time but this time I was in great stress and i started bleeding week earlier than my date and it's not bleeding like that of periods but i am confused is it pregnancy bleeding because i haven't missed my periods moreover there are no other symptoms of pregnancy. Can anyone guide?

- to check pregnancy better to have serum beta hcg ( blood Pregnancy test).

cycles do sumtimes start a lil earlier jus as in ur case-yes ur mental state duz play an imp role in ur cycle regulation as all this is a game of hormones so no need to worry-and fr other issue of ruling out pregnancy u can go fr urine pregnancy test or serum bhcg-later being more reliable...
