I have attached my CBC & ultrasound report, please check & suggest. platelets are very low, After 16 week they were 1,11000. Now very much reduced, iam in tension please suggest how to increase them, will be grateful.

platelets are showing a trend downwards, need to see a gynecologist for further evaluation and follow up.
do you have any symptoms like purple patches over the body? without any trauma .. u need clinical examination....
Kindly get an opinion from a medical specialist. They will investigate you thoroughly and prescribe medicines which will raise the platelet count
ultrasound is oky .. pleatlets are at lower side but not so dangerous..is this problem arise 1st time in pregnancy?

Salam Dr till now no any bleeding, these were 042-32591427, after 16th week.

I have seen the cbc pleatlets are low but not dangerously low ...1st I want to diagnose your problem treatment comes .. don't worry they are not too much low to worry in treatment options are steroids but 1st it has to diagnose the condition..so consult me via.merham.pk

w.salam consulted with gynaecologist,
she recommended papaya leafs with fruit.
If some other effective, readily remedy pls suggest

yes this might give you temporary relief but not proven to have any changes. but platelet levels need to be monitored vigilantly getting closer to delivery. if they keep going downwards then medication has to be prescribed according to the situation
