Aoa. I have a question can you please help me. I am 7 weeks pregnant can a take folic acid 5mg twice a day? I have c -section 6 months before and my baby died just after 3 hours of delivery. Head of the baby was not fully developed. Also a have diabetes and hypertension in 1st pregnancy.
yes its very important to take folic acid up to 3 months before and during pregnancy. please continue to take 5mg of folic acid
Aoa sorry to hear that. Maximum dose of folic acid is 5mg daily. Strict monitoring of blood sugar is advisable. Take vit D and calcium tablets also.

Once a day is enough. Also get blood pressure readings and blood sugars as soon as possible

I think 5 mg of folic acid once a day is enough.
You should be going to a Gynecologist for antenatal check up as this pregnancy needs intensive monitoring.

yes you must take folic acid and due to high risk pregnancy you must visit your doctor early for control of diabetes .

Ma’am i am taking glucophage 3 times a day. Loprin once a day. Dyrogest morning and evening. Aldomet 3 times a day. Folic acid 5mg once a day. Should i need more medicine r these are enough?
