Yes ap morning ki first urine sample se test kare. Folic acid start kare. And visit doctor as soon as pregnancy is confirmed.
Aoa are u taking folic acid tablets and have you before any test such as blood sugar , urine infection. If someone have premature deliver. That person has more chance God forbid to have again. So advise is after confirmation of pregnancy have proper antenatal care. IA outcome will be fine depending upon previous cause of miscarriage and preterm birth. Thanks

I think you should wait for a week and then do your pregnancy test.
If positive , you need a comprehensive antenatal care from the very onset, as yours is a high risk pregnancy
