Aoa i had just delivered baby 20 days ago it was a normal delivery and all my stitches heal Alhamdulilah , on sunday i went some restaurant and bcz of ac i had a backache , as its my second baby and at first delivery it was a forcep delivery and epidural was given to me now from sunday bcz of sitting in ac room my backache is again started from a point where i was given epidural so need dr guidance as i am using hot water bottle what other can i use plz need dr guidance thanks
take painkiller tablet
Advisable to take a painkiller and back stretching exercises to help relieve the pain. The prolonged sitting in one place maybe the cause of your backache and not the air conditioner.
take any painkiller which suits you for 2 to 3 days...
Use Tab Synflex twice daily for a week and Tab Nuberol Forte twice daily for a week an then let me know.
