It’s basically anxiety as u have exam tomorrow , please relax yourself , this anxiety will not pass u , so don’t worry , if u take tablet gravitate for nausea , it can also make u sleep for sometime to relax , also u can take tablet inderal 10 mg single dose or one fourth of anxiolytic, beta blockers can cause IUGR but if taken regularly one dose will not effect anything , if these problems persist then check cbc and thyroid function tests
it's better to get her detailed check up by the gynecologist as her detailed examination and history is important
