I have irregular periods for 4 months now. I need to have my hormonal tests and ultrasound done, but it can be done on 2nd day of periods but my due date has passed and i havenot got my periods. what to do.

Dear Madam,
Hormonal test is done after 10 days of completion of menses. otherwise the result is not so clear.

-Dear many factors can delay periods like stress, anxiety, sterneous exercise, sudden weight gain or weight loss, strict diet, hormonal and, Medications Etc.
-check for above factors.
-if u are not married /no history of sex /confirmed that is no chance of having pregnancy then u can have menstrual 'induction (tab primolute N 10 mgs 8 hrly for 5 - 7 days and wait for periods for 2 wks. Have blood tests and scan as well can start Yasmin cyclically and dronis from day one of periods to regulate cycle for 3 cycles)
-have complee treatment of any health issue u have.
-have strict hygeine.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
- have daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-follow with reports.
-best of luck.
Wait for your periods and then get them done.
