Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Lahore
I was 62 kg when i conceived. Now i am 4 months pregnant and i reduced to 60 kgs. As it is my 2nd trimester i am not feeling anything but i have cramps in my legs after 20 minutes of walk for 2 continuous days. Is everything normal with me? Kindly guide.

-u have had Antenatal Registration with obstetrician??? "it need to be done and u should have one consultation as soon as could be possible.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-take frequent and short Meals.lots of fruits, vegetables, juices.
-have daily walk and milk as well.
-try to avoid constipation, sterneous exercise, Exersion and over stress and work.
-leg cramps need to be sorted out. Have one complete blood Count, one thyroid function test, one Examination by treating Consultant and one ultrasound for baby well being.
-follow with reports.

hope u r keeping ur hydration level up...and also taking ur antenatal calcium and iron...
in first trimester loss of weight is usual due to nausea and inadequate diet...
hv a check on ur BP and sugar levels...
leg cramps may occur as ur uterus is growing up pulling ur ligaments too...but as i always say tht u hv to c ur OBG as online consultations hv limitations and v can only giv u suggestions based on brief hx tht patients giv...
