-wellcome and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
-Dear it seems its your first pregnancy and in first pregnancy if husband Rh positive and wifr Rh negative then in early Normal pregnancy antibodies Wil not form if no bleed g or haemohrrage is there.
-in case of fetal maternal haemohrrage, bleeding or in next pregnancy if baby is Rh positive antibodies could be found.
-in Rh negative mother first husband's blood group advised to check if that us Rh positive then anti D injection is advised if miscarriage, bleeding occurs unpredictably before delivery other wise advised to give injections in 3rd trimester and after delivery.
-after birth baby's blood group and some other investigations also need to be done by neonatologist and in 2nd pregnancy also precautions advised.
-bleeding, spotting during any stage of pregnancy need to be reported.
-best of luck.

Dear, dont worry. This test is negative so hopefully u are having smooth pregnancy, .. If during pregnancy any episode od bleeding occur, then u will have to repeat this test.
More over after birth of baby, if baby's blood group dont match with urs then u will have to get injected ANTI D immunoglobulins.
Thanks
