Assalamu alaykum. After every few months I get urinary tract infection. Urine comes repeatedly and in very small amount. I get little bit of pain as well and feel like pressure on kidney area. In last 2,3 years I've got ultrasounds mri and tests done. But no diagnosis made. All normal. But again get the issue after every few months. You should drink plenty of water. If the tests are normal and also the ultra sound report. Then you should care about perineal hygiene .
