Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Lahore
Unmarried. No prior history. I have dry vulva since three days. Also feel a bit tightened vagina and very less itching outside around the vagina. Everything else is normal. Pls help or suggest
these changes are probably due to cyclical changes of menstruation. the itching and tightening may be due to the dryness and irritation. if there is no discharge or any bad odour its better to not do anything. use cotton underwear and avoid soaps or creams. if they don't improve consult gymecologist

Any history of discharge? Apply hydrozole cream and don’t do vigorous cleasing, have good hydration, juices, wear cotton underwear avoid deodorants n anything qhich irritated the skin, further help book appointment
