Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi

Main question is, does transamine tablets cause periods to delay?

History- Im pcos patient. Been having spotting/bleeding (not periods) with every cylcle few days (10ish days) b4 periods. Ultrasound suggested by doc after my next periods r over.. but periods have not come yet. Doctor gave transamine and ponstan forte for 4 days to stop spotting... but since then periods have not come and has been 45 days since last periods. Usually cycle is from 28days -41 days. Never been delayed so long... what can be the reason. 3 Home pregnancy tests r negative.

The cause is hormonal imbalance.
Ponstan and Transamine never cause the periods to get so late
