Talk to Gynecologist on Gynea Problem

I am 33 years old married woman, mother of two(age 7 n 4.5). my problem is i had my last period on 23rd April'21, so i have done p.t test at home on 42nd day n 47th day both times it came out negative, so yesterday i went for Beta hcg, that too resulted negative, but now i m worried, what should i do now, should i go for pelvis scan aur first consult my gynea?
