- one high vaginal swab to check infection .
- have strict local hygeine .
- have condoms to avoid sexually transmitted infection.
- have Sitz bath ( sit in warm water to avoid irrtation) recurrent ly
- check partner having any infection or not .
- after swab have tab Doxycycline 100 mgs twice daily and tab metronidazole 400 mgs 8 hrly for 10 days .
- collect sab report and discuss here .

- partner Should be fit and should quit Smoking .

Its only while having intercourse. Normally not an issue. Husband dont smoke and physically fit alhamdulillah.
