-sitz bath ,to reduce irritation (sit in warm water Recurrently ).
-avoid cosmetics or products locally just use clean water and soft raZor to clean hairs .
-use condoms to avoid sexually Transmitted infection.
-if observing Foul Smelling Discharge then after Collection of Swab have tab Doxycycline 100mgs 12hrly twice daily and tab Metronidazole 400mgs8hrly for 10-14days .
-Collect Swab and discuss here .
