Folic acid is gud for iron splemnt?

-if have been trying for Conception/pregnancy then heaemoglobin should be normal or above normal and folic acid is required actually 3 months before start of pregnancy for better, healthy brain development.
So both having their own importance.
In any medical disorder To avoid anemia iron required and folic acid for proper brain and organ functions.

It is not for iron supplement
Folic avid is good for other anemia’s but for iron deficiency u will have to take iron starting from diet and oral iron tablets or capsules
