I'm having Diane 35 for PCOS since 4 months and having 5th strip now. My periods got started on 22nd of March (just spotting for 5 day)and on 5th day I started my next strip of Diane 35 after that I got heavy bleeding for almost 8-9 days and after that till now I'm having spotting. Kindly tell me is this normal?and what should I do? P.s I'm married and have no kids

Thanks this is not normal you can take deflon 500 mg twice a day for two or three days nd primolut N 5mg twice a day for ten days

- Dear many factors could be cause of bleeding !!like any local pathology (cervical or uterine polyp,medical or hormonal issues ,hormonal Imbalance or hormonal intake ,medical Disorder ,Conception or pregnancy etc)
- have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
- have Balanced Diet weight and Bmi.
- daily walk , Exercise and yoga to balance Bmi .
-u need Detailed Evaluation in Gynae Emergency by Specialist .
- for Pco do have long term precautions like normal Bmi by having daily walk ,exercise and yoga ,balanced diet with less salt,suger ,oil and spice ,have recreational activities
- have sex in suspected fertile period of Cycle .
- husband's general health should be improved ,should quit smoking and it's better to have semen analysis.
- u can have folic acid daily
-have detailed Evaluation by detailed Evaluation in Gynae Emergency.
- u can send detailed history ( fertility issues and medications history especially along with Examination findings by Gynae Specialist ) to have more discussion on it.
