you need to take 5mg folic acid

U need 5 mgs folic acid daily .start from now to avoid congenital anomalies .better to start 3 months preconceptually due to previous history .
In normal pt with no significant history 0.4 mgs is enough .
If multiple miscarriages history u might need detailed Evaluation for multiple Miscarriages .
Blood thinning medications also need
to advise if previous multiple Miscarriages or medical issues like obesity ,diabetes ,dvt etc .

I hve now one baby she have also heart issue i conceive scnd tme but baby is not normal hving heart issue and others more issue cn not survive i need to abbort in fve mnths now i am so much worried about my nxt baby suuggest me bettr???

Tab folic acid 5 mg once a day , if no risk factors like previous affected baby , then folic acid 1 mg is also sufficient
Once daily 400- 600 micrograms
