Assalam o Alaikum Everyone My wife having pregnancy of 32weeks with multiple fibroids but size is not as such large Alhamdulilah I wanna ask you guys my consultant gynecologist suggest surgical delivery. Is there any possibility to conduct normal delivery as operation has many side effects for the lifetime and I am little bit scared of it
depends on the location and size of fibroid
Yes she can have normal delivery if her baby is presenting as cephalic and there is no big cervical fibroid

During pregnancy as well fibroids degenerate due to lack of blood supply .
-few fibroids can obstruct Cervical or uterine cavities .
- during cesarean if fibroids bleed this can be life threatening as well.
