Unmarried.. i feel pain on valva, having burning itching too,, my water intake too less... i feel that im not very well... my valva becomes so much sensative.. because of doing water pressure on clitoris or clitoris glans, i feel something went wrong.. i go to doc ... doc gave me travocort cream to use on valva for redness or burning.... i have a vaginal discharge sometime like white cottage cheese.. sometime like egg white.... i have large labia minora too...which i dont like.....doc diagnosed the ovarian cyst 4×3.7cm too.. i am using Diane 35.... i completely disappointed.. i have redness on clitoris area vagina area.... it was a mistake to put pressure on clitoris...its been 1 and half year i did not put pressure..but it hurts me alot.... it will break my hymen too???? Plz rply.... nd help...

-Dear it would be better if u woukd apply precautions in Daily Life.
-have Strict hygeine and plenty of water with lots of fruits, vegetables.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have sitz baths and avoid creams, cosmetics.
-have warm baths and olive oil massage.
- vaginal secretions need to send to lab for test.
-have clotrimazole pessary on 3 alternate nights after collection of swab.
-After collection of swab have tab doxycycine 100 mgs twice daily and tab metronidazole 400mgs 8 hrly for 14 days.
-collect swab and discuss here.

Dear Dr. I had put water pressure on clitoris or clitoris glans... which makes my down area too sensative.. i have googled nd i read there that putting water pressure on down area is douching which finish the healthy bacteria ... doc plz discuss my this issue.. im too much worried... i dont have any feelings of doing sex after marriage ..... i am affraid that water pressure ny meri hymen repute na kr di ho... nd clitoris area too red and sore... plz discuss this...

Do have all above precautions, Medications and tests.
-have swab and medications.
-if symmpts persists after medicine, follow with hvs report.

Dr i have done Hvs ... report is showing:
Microscopy: wet smear:
Pus cells 2-4
Epithelial cells 1-2
No fungal hyphae/spores seen
Gram stain:
pus cells 1-2
Epithelial cells 0-1
Gram positive bacilli is +ve...
Culture:
Growth of normal vaginal flora isolated after 48 hours of incubation at 37°c..

In culture it's reported normal flora. Continue to have precautions as I advised.

But dr there is a gram positive baccilli... i should start those medications which u prescribe?? I am unmarried... i am using olive oil massage. And also sitz baths... now i can start medicine?? Pessary should also taken unmarried...??...

Those medications if not taken better to have that complete course to avoid infection if symmptoms still persist.

I don’t understand why do u have to put pressure on clitoris, u have been misguided , u need to see a gynaecologist for proper treatment , need to take oral antifungal , and cream for vulval application , it will get better , InshaaAllah , u need to follow up for the cystby a repeat scan

Doc i had itching nd burning sensation on valva... when i put pressure it make me relief... nd someone told me its good for sexual activity after marriage.. but it leads my situation more worst.... it becomes too sensative that the area between clitoris and urethra becomes too red nd the skin removed..... i cant share it with any of them as im unmarried...

U wii be fine after proper treatment , don’t worry , see a gynaecologist , u can use creams for local application but not suppository as it is meant for married women

I am using travocort cream on clitoris and whole valva... doc gave me this medicine for 5 days.. i can still use it? It gave me comfort from pain and itching burning....
