Thanks yes us shows heart in the middle nd radiologist suggests echocardiogram for the fetus nd i advise to do this test for further evaluation of fetal heart

I think you do another scan that is 4 D scan for further details nd after doing all concerned with peadiatric surgen it is not dangerous it is abnormal position of the heart

Report appears fine . However to rule out congenital cardiac anomaly featal echocardiography is done and another anomaly scan is done at 24 weeks . At present however everything seems fine . All the best

-Dear actually cardiac out flow tract can be seen best at 22 +weeks of pregnancy.
-it seems some descrepency between dates so better to repeat scan after 2 wks from previous scan date for cardiac out flow tract and then Echo if still some cardiac issue persist.
-follow regular Antenatal visits and scans.

Heart should be towards left side actually.
Its just explanation by sonologist what he /she observe.
Need Explanation /investigation /rescanning.

My doctor said that everything is ok they just write this thing in every report this is the standard line of their hospital.
