- dear it would be better if u would send me detailed obs history of this pregnancy and previous pregnancies of petient or discuss with treating obstetrician.
- if having normal pregnancy no complication then no issue of stairs 2/3 times a day but if having issues like abnornal placentation / bleeding history thennee strict precautions .
- so to guide well history needed actually .
- balanced diet , recreational activities,regular follow ups and scans needed .
