4months postpartum and having pain in public pain feeling some pressure.. Got my periods after 40 days on 9 januaray and uptil now i didnt get periods exclusively breastfeeding my baby.. what could be the reason of pain?

Actually i got my periods after 40days of birth.
Like i got my periods on 9 January thn on 5 Feb i got some spotting thn now its march i didnt get my periods yet

get your urine d/r done.if urine report clear and pain persist or increases then get your ultrasound pelvis done

aoa get you urine dr and even though you are not having any symptoms and yes peroids can be stoppeddue to breast feedjng so dont worry but you van concieve even with no peroids

- Breast feeding can disturb periods.,post Partum 4 months could be irregular .
- Have complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- balance diet ,multivit .
- have one urine DR to check infection ,take plenty of water to avoid infection .
- have blood pregnancy test if no periods inncomjng months .
