Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Karachi

I am 3 months pregnant. Doctor suggest me to take clexane injection in the morning and disprine tblt in the evening for thinning blood. But mistakenly i took both dose inj and tblt in the morning with 2 hrs gap. Is this safe or i should me worried?
