Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecologist

I'm having irregular periods since 5 6 months, bloating, back pain on left side and periods like cramps on and off especially few days before periods. I had abdominal and pelvic scan and it shows ovarian cyst in left ovary. My CBC report also shows high ESR i.e 40 and elevated wbc's and platelets count. Gynecologist advice needed
