I have early pregnancy of 5 weeks.. Aj dopehar sy mjy belly button k around pain feel ho rhi ha.. Kbi light kbi sharp.. I went for ultrasound but dr said she can't see anything in ultrasound.. She did my urine test which was positive.. I am also having pregnancy symptoms like nausea morning sickness increased appetite etc.. Is there anything to worry about?
Get ultrasound checked for Ectopic pregnancy then consult gynaecologist physically.

yes show hoti depends on sonologist expertise kabhi kabhi nhi bhi dikhti its better to repeat ultrasound in 1 week

ji ectopic pregnancy me bhi pregnancy k symptoms hote hain dear bus fetus uterus k bajae tubes me implant ho jata hai or jese jese size barhta hai tubes k rupture hone k chances barhte hain and its emergency. Is lye ap ultrasound dobara karwain agar phir bhi fetus visible na ho to foran gynaecologist ko consult karain

First do simple scan if fetus isn't seen the go for TVS as it's invasive
