Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecologist

I am a diabetic patient and had 3 dnc, last dnc was in december after that my periods was regular and i never missed r even delayed my period last month i went to gynecologist for preconception advice she recommended me daily p..k and max..l for 3 months my last period date was 22 may but i don't get my period this month which was due on 21 june.... Nor i am pregnant..... Are these multivitamins causing a delay i am quiet worried
